Terry Schell started in the underground utility industry decades ago, learning the trade from the ground up — literally. He worked every scope, ran every kind of crew, and built a reputation for showing up ready and delivering what he promised.
Sherri Schell brought the business side together — operations, relationships, and the organizational backbone that lets the field crews focus on the work. Together, they built something that reflects their values: integrity, accountability, and family.
With 40+ years of combined industry experience, the Tex-Star team brings field-proven knowledge to underground utility, civil construction, site development, and general construction projects nationwide.
