With 40+ years of combined industry experience, our team brings field-proven knowledge to underground utility, civil construction, site development, and general construction projects nationwide. Terry and Sherri's hands-on approach and family values are woven into every project Tex-Star touches.
Today, Tex-Star operates as two full divisions under one accountable project team: Tex-Star Underground — led by Terry, handling wet utilities, dry utilities, telecom, HDD, excavation, and restoration — and Tex-Star Construction Development — led by Terry and Trent Schell, delivering site development, concrete, paving, plumbing, and specialty trade coordination.

Underground utilities, electrical conduit banks, data center infrastructure, telecommunications, HDD boring, survey & GIS, cathodic protection, and pipeline integrity — self-performed by experienced field crews.
WATER & FIRE UTILITY SYSTEMS
Domestic water, fire lines, hydrants, valves, services, meter vaults, backflow assemblies, tie-ins, and pressure or bacteriological testing coordination.
SANITARY SEWER & STORM DRAINAGE
Gravity sewer, services, manholes, storm pipe, inlets, junction structures, underground detention, dewatering, television inspection, and testing support.
TELECOMMUNICATIONS
